Can I add or remove an item from my order?

Making a change to an order

If you just placed your order within the last hour or two (or over a weekend) then it's normally easy for us to assist you with making a change.

However if your order has already shipped or is in the process of being fulfilled at our warehouse then it may not be possible.

Please contact us via one of the following channels with your Order ID and the change/s you would like to make. We will then either issue you a refund or ask you to pay for the difference.
