What are your shipping rates & shipping policy?

We offer free shipping to the USA for orders of USD $50 and to most other countries for orders of USD $100. Our shipping services include overnight express (USA only), 2-day express (USA only), express worldwide courier (international) and regular USPS service (USA only). Read on for full rates and conditions.

What is you Summer Shipping Policy (US Orders Only)

During the warmer months (typically Jun-Sep), most orders will ship from Monday through Wednesday so that they arrive before the weekend. This makes it easier for us to keep your chocolate cool during transit. If you need to rush your shipment, regardless of temperature, please write to us at [email protected] and we will do our best to get the shipment out that same day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do when your order qualifies for our minimum spend (USD $50 for USA and USD $100 for all other destinations).

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders to the USA typically arrive within 3-4 days for standard USPS shipping or faster with FedEx express options. Orders to Canada and Europe typically arrive within 4-5 business days. Orders to the rest of the world may take up to 7 business days.

When will my order be shipped?

We ship orders around mid-morning Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. There are some cases which may result in a delay, such as the need to validate import requirements for food in your country or hot weather on route or at the destination. We do our best to advise you if there is going to be a delay.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries except those which prohibit the import of foodstuffs by private individuals. Note: some countries require additional information (such as the ID number of the recipient).

When will an out of stock item be available again?

We harvest cacao and produce our chocolate according to harvest years. Some of our editions are aged. All of our editions are limited in production and often quickly sell out. Once a particular edition is sold out we may release it again with more age (for example as a 2 year, 3 year+ edition) if we have inventory.

The courier company has asked me to pay import duties what should I do or how do I receive a refund?

To'ak pays all import duties but occasionally we are aware of cases where the client has been asked to pay for the duties. If this happens please get in touch and we will either pay on your behalf or refund the payment you were required to make to receive the delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped and is not in the final process of being fulfilled then we can help you with a refund.

How can I check my shipping status?

The easiest way is to click the "Track order with Shop" button on the checkout page or the "View your order" button in your order confirmation email. If you are having trouble feel free to contact us with your Order ID.
