Yes! We are confident you’ll love our chocolate as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, get in touch with us within 30 days of your purchase and if we can't resolve your concern with a replacement or our complimentary insurance then we’ll issue a full refund.

What can I do if my chocolate arrived damaged (broken, discolored or melted)?

We’re sorry about this. We’ve spent a great deal of time and resources trying to figure out the best possible way to protect your chocolate during shipment, but our system is not perfect. A broken bar can still be enjoyed but we understand this can be disappointing and you are entitled to file an insurance claim should you wish.

Your website is not working, how can I plan an order?

Can I place an order by phone or email?

Yes! Please get in touch with us and let us know a good time to contact you by phone. If you would like to place the order by email simply tell us the items you wish to order and we can create a link to pay by credit card or PayPal. We can also accept Zelle instant bank transfers.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

For orders within the USA only, we are able to offer FedEx Overnight express courier service for $30. Cut off time is 8am Mountain Time but if you miss this by a small window please give us a call or send us a message and sometimes we can still dispatch the same day.
