Yes, we do when your order qualifies for our minimum spend (USD $50 for USA and USD $100 for all other destinations).
Orders to the USA typically arrive within 3-4 days for standard USPS shipping or faster with FedEx express options. Orders to Canada and Europe typically arrive within 4-5 business days. Orders to the rest of the world may take up to 7 business days.
We ship orders around mid-morning Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. There are some cases which may result in a delay, such as the need to validate import requirements for food in your country or hot weather on route or at the destination. We do our best to advise you if there is going to be a delay.
Sometimes we make products available for pre-order before they are launched. Other products can only be made to order.
Occasionally courier services will inadvertently mark an order as delivered. Before we classify your package as lost or stolen we ask you to assist us with a few simple steps. Keep in mind that if your package is ultimately lost, stolen or damaged we offer complimentary insurance.
For orders to the USA or Canada, 8am Mountain Time. For orders to all other countries, 9am Ecuador time. We ship Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in USA or Ecuador.
We’re sorry about this. We’ve spent a great deal of time and resources trying to figure out the best possible way to protect your chocolate during shipment, but our system is not perfect. A broken bar can still be enjoyed but we understand this can be disappointing and you are entitled to file an insurance claim should you wish.
We harvest cacao and produce our chocolate according to harvest years. Some of our editions are aged. All of our editions are limited in production and often quickly sell out. Once a particular edition is sold out we may release it again with more age (for example as a 2 year, 3 year+ edition) if we have inventory.

Yes! We are confident you’ll love our chocolate as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, get in touch with us within 30 days of your purchase and if we can't resolve your concern with a replacement or our complimentary insurance then we’ll issue a full refund.
