There are some cases which may result in a delay, such as the need to validate import requirements for food in your country or hot weather on route or at the destination. Yes! We are confident you’ll love our chocolate as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, get in touch with us within 30 days of your purchase and if we can't resolve your concern with a replacement or our complimentary insurance then we’ll issue a full refund.
Yes! We ship to most international destinations, with the exception of those that do not permit the import of chocolate or food products by individuals.

We pay a farmgate price that is 3-8x the standard market price for “wet cacao" — well above the fair trade premium.
Yes! We have a Chocolate & Art Experience which is a 2-hour privately-guided tour in Quito. We can also arrange private tastings in Ecuador or abroad depending on your timeframe and budget.
Dark chocolate likes to be stored within the temperature range of 12-22° C (53-72° F). Temperatures as high as 25° C (77° F) are usually fine. The official melting point of dark chocolate is around 30° C (86° F).
